• A technician will direct you to a website and provide you a secure passcode which is only valid for one session. 
• With you permission, the technician will remote into your computer system and begin the diagnosis and repair.
• You can watch as the technician navigates your computer system. 
• Once you log off, the session and passcode are no longer valid.
• With your permission, unattended support can be setup to allow CCS to perform scheduled tasks.
